Goods are packed in polyblock, jumbo pallets or cartons according to your needs.
Q1. Is you company certified?
A: Yes, we have passed HACCP Food Safety Management System.
Q2. What about the lead time?
A: It normally takes 3 days after for all EU countries. Transportation to countries such as Hong Kong or Vietnam takes about 30-40 days.
Q3. Do you have any MOQ ?
A: Our minimum order quantity is one full container load.
Q4. Who are your main clients?
We welcome clients from all over the world. At this stage, we mainly export to Europe, South-East Asia (Hong Kong and Vietnam, China) and Africa.
Q5. What are your payment terms?
A: Telegraphic Transfer. For our oversea operations we also use Escrow services (www.escrow.com) to create the trust between buyer and seller during first transaction.
