Q0. Is it possible to visit your company?
A: Of course, please feel more than invited to visit us anytime you want. We will help you deal with visa issues.
Q1. Is you company certified?
A: Yes, we have passed HACCP Food Safety Management System.
Q2. What about the lead time?
A: It normally takes 3 days after for all EU countries. Transportation to countries such as Hong Kong or Vietnam takes about 45 days. African countries about 30 days.
Q3. Do you have any MOQ ?
A: Our minimum order quantity is one full container load.
Q4. Who are your main clients?
We welcome clients from all over the world. At this stage, we mainly export to Europe, South-East Asia (Hong Kong and Vietnam, China) and Africa.
Q5. What are your payment terms?
A: With our long term partners we usually work on on 30% telegraphic transfer deposit and 70% against Bill of Lading. During first transactions we usually require 100% prepayment (usually after quality inspection in person, which is advised)

A: We have been doing this since 1997 in domestic market and in export since 2004
